The SIP sets out the principles which govern the Trustee's decisions regarding investing the assets of the Baillie Gifford & Co Staff Pension Scheme, and how the Scheme meets the relevant legislative requirements.
The Implementation Statement sets out how the SIP has been followed during the year in relation to engagement and voting activity.
The Privacy Notice describes how the Trustee as a "data controller" and, where relevant, the Scheme Actuary as a "data controller", collect and use personal information about you during and after your relationship with us, in accordance with current U.K. data protection law, including (but not limited to) the General Data Protection Regulation (U.K. GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018 and any superseding legislation.
