The Standard Fireworks Pension Scheme Statement of Investment Principles (SIP) sets out the principles which govern the Trustee's decisions regarding investing the assets of the Standard Fireworks Pension Scheme, and how the Standard Fireworks Pension Scheme meets the relevant legislative requirements.

The Implementation Statement describes the voting behaviour by, or on behalf of, Trustees (including the most significant votes cast by Trustees or on their behalf) during the year and states any use of the services of a proxy voter during that year.
