On this site you can find the following important documents, the Vale Europe Pension Plan Statement of Investment Principles (SIP) and Vale Europe Pension Plan Engagement Policy Implementation Statement.

The SIP sets out the principles which govern the Trustee's decisions regarding investing the assets of the Vale Europe Pension Plan, and how the Scheme meets the relevant legislative requirements.

The Implementation Statement sets out how the SIP has been followed during the year in relation to engagement and voting activity
